A) Information You Disclose to Us

  • Prompt text and context you type or paste into Spark AI.
  • Screenshots you choose to upload for AI analysis.
  • Email address and message content when you contact support.

B) Payment and Subscription Data

  • Purchase status, subscription state, entitlement status, and receipt/transaction data required to unlock paid features.

Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscription entitlement management is handled by RevenueCat.

C) Information Collected Automatically

  • App or session identifiers used to operate the service and link subscription access.
  • Basic device, network, and request metadata used for reliability, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and security.

D) Sensitive Data and Optional Permissions

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data for AI processing. Spark AI does not transmit contacts, precise location, or microphone audio to third-party AI services unless you explicitly provide such content in your submitted request.

5. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to:

  • Provide AI responses you request.
  • Deliver premium features and validate subscription status.
  • Maintain and secure the app, including monitoring abuse and fraud.

We do not process personal data for data brokerage or cross-app behavioral advertising.

  • Mistral AI: receives submitted prompt text, uploaded screenshots, and limited request metadata to generate requested AI responses.
  • RevenueCat: receives subscription and entitlement data to verify premium access.
  • Apple: processes App Store billing and payments.
  • Legal requests: we may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or enforceable government request.

We require processors handling personal data on our behalf to provide safeguards equal to or stronger than our own standards, including confidentiality, secure transfer, access controls, and purpose-limited processing.

Spark AI does not send prompt text or screenshots to third-party AI processors in the background. Transmission happens only when you intentionally submit content in the app.

8. Third-Party Websites and External Links

Spark AI may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that are not operated by Vertex Studios Ltd. Review those third-party privacy notices before providing personal data.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Spark AI is a mobile app and does not rely on browser cookies for core app features. We may use limited analytics or technical identifiers that function similarly to tracking technologies for security, diagnostics, and app performance.

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and service-level security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Spark AI is not intended for children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
