- Prompt text and context you type or paste into Spark AI.
- Screenshots you choose to upload for AI analysis.
- Email address and message content when you contact support.
B) Payment and Subscription Data
- Purchase status, subscription state, entitlement status, and receipt/transaction data required to unlock paid features.
Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscription entitlement management is handled by RevenueCat.
C) Information Collected Automatically
- App or session identifiers used to operate the service and link subscription access.
- Basic device, network, and request metadata used for reliability, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and security.
D) Sensitive Data and Optional Permissions
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data for AI processing. Spark AI does not transmit contacts, precise location, or microphone audio to third-party AI services unless you explicitly provide such content in your submitted request.

We process your information to:

- Legal requests: we may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or enforceable government request.
We require processors handling personal data on our behalf to provide safeguards equal to or stronger than our own standards, including confidentiality, secure transfer, access controls, and purpose-limited processing.
Spark AI does not send prompt text or screenshots to third-party AI processors in the background. Transmission happens only when you intentionally submit content in the app.
